Return & Refund Policy

OSMIC will process returns or refunds for any product that is found to be damaged, provided the following conditions are met:
•    The product must be in its original condition.
•    The product must be unopened and unused.
•    The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
•    A proof of purchase and receipt are required to process your refund.

How to Return a Product?
If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please follow these steps to return it:
1.    Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged product(s).

3.    Return the Product: Ship the product back to us in its original, sealed packaging.

How can I request a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you of the status of your refund request. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and issued based on the decided refund method.


Non-Returnable Products
Please note that used or opened products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. OSMIC will not accept returns for the following:
•    Products with opened or damaged shipping boxes due to customer handling.
•    Sale items or gift cards.
